Notification of a cancelled game (except weather related) must be made to the center contact and RIC, a minimum of 48 hours prior to the original game time. Failure to comply with this will result in the offending center being required to reimburse the home center the reasonable expenses incurred for referees, time keepers, and ice time if not used for an approved game.
Games cancelled up to January 10th must be rescheduled, games after January 10th will be forfeited.
